Welcome to Weaver’s Tale Studios. By booking, participating in, or engaging with services provided through Weaver’s Tale Studios, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to protect both players and the Game Master while helping maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

1. Services Provided

Weaver’s Tale Studios provides professional tabletop roleplaying game services, including but not limited to:

  • Online campaigns

  • One-shots

  • Special events

  • Game Mastering services

  • Community spaces and related content

Participation in these services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Player Responsibility

Players are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully toward other players and the Game Master

  • Follow the Code of Conduct

  • Respect safety tools and established boundaries

  • Arrive reasonably prepared and on time

  • Avoid intentionally disruptive behaviour

Weaver’s Tale Studios reserves the right to remove players from games or community spaces if behaviour repeatedly disrupts the experience for others or violates the Code of Conduct.

3. GM Authority & Rulings

The Game Master is responsible for maintaining fairness, pacing, safety, and the overall health of the game. While player feedback and rules discussion are welcome, final rulings during sessions may occasionally need to be made quickly to keep the game moving smoothly.

Rules interpretations, homebrew rulings, and narrative decisions made in good faith by the GM are considered part of the service provided.

4. Payments & Bookings

Seats, sessions, and events may require payment in advance unless otherwise stated.

Booking a seat reserves space at a limited-capacity table. Failure to attend a session does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement session, or transfer unless agreed upon beforehand.

Payment methods and pricing may change over time and will be communicated clearly where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy provided separately on this website.

Weaver’s Tale Studios reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone sessions due to emergencies, technical issues, illness, insufficient player numbers, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

6. Safety & Conduct

Player safety and mutual respect are taken seriously. Safety tools may be used during games, and players are expected to respect established boundaries and table expectations.

Weaver’s Tale Studios reserves the right to remove players from games without refund in cases of harassment, hate speech, repeated disruptive behaviour, boundary violations, or conduct that significantly harms the experience of others.

7. Community Spaces

Participation in associated Discord servers, chats, livestreams, or other community spaces may also be governed by separate Community Guidelines.

Moderation decisions made to maintain community health and safety are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All original written content, branding, graphics, logos, adventures, homebrew material, and creative assets produced by Weaver’s Tale Studios remain the intellectual property of Weaver’s Tale Studios unless otherwise stated.

Players retain ownership of their own original characters and personal creative contributions.

Third-party intellectual property referenced, played, or discussed remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Streaming & Recording

Some games, events, or sessions may be streamed, recorded, or used for promotional purposes. Players will be informed beforehand where applicable.

Players who are uncomfortable appearing in public content are encouraged to communicate this privately in advance.

10. Privacy & Communication

Basic contact information may be collected for scheduling, communication, booking management, newsletters, or community organisation. Information handling is further outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Player concerns raised privately will be treated respectfully and discreetly wherever reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

Weaver’s Tale Studios provides entertainment services on an “as-is” basis. While every effort is made to provide a positive experience, Weaver’s Tale Studios is not liable for:

  • Technical interruptions

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Personal disputes between players

  • Indirect damages arising from participation

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as the business evolves. Continued participation in services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13. Final Note

The purpose of these Terms of Service is not to create unnecessary bureaucracy, but to establish clarity, fairness, and mutual respect so everyone can focus on what matters most:
